BY REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT, DOWNLOADING A PASSAGE MOBILE APPLICATION, ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING THE PASSAGE PRIVACY POLICY, ANY APPLICABLE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, AND ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS OR FUTURE MODIFICATIONS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "TERMS").
If you are not eligible, or do not agree to all of the Terms, then please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and located in the United States or Puerto Rico to use the Services.
By agreeing to the Terms, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least twenty-one (21) years old;
- You are using the Services only while located in the United States or Puerto Rico;
- You have not previously been suspended, removed, or deactivated from the Services;
- Your registration and use of the Services comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If using the Services on behalf of a Subscribing Organization, you must have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts
Account Creation
You must register for an account to access most features of the Services. You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information;
- Maintain accuracy of that information;
- Keep your account credentials confidential;
- Use multi-factor authentication methods.
Limitations on Accounts
You may not create more than one account, or associate a device with more than two accounts. Abuse of account/device associations is a violation of these Terms.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity on your account and must immediately notify Passage of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account or register on behalf of another person.
Account Ownership
Your account remains the property of Passage. You do not gain any ownership rights.
Linking Your Payment Credential
To earn Rewards, you must link an eligible bank account, card, or crypto wallet. Not all cards are eligible. Passage uses Plaid to access financial data. By linking your credential, you agree to Plaid's Privacy Policy.
You may opt out by removing your linked credential. Note that historical data may remain unless you submit a deletion request.
Location Data
Some features require location data. Declining to share this may limit functionality.
Referrals
Passage may offer Referral Programs. You agree to:
- Obtain consent before referring someone;
- Inform them you are not acting on Passage's behalf;
- Not refer existing or fake users.
Referral bonuses may be revoked at Passage's discretion.
3. Electronic Communications and SMS
Communication Consent
By using the Services, you consent to receiving electronic communications, including email and SMS.
Communication Revocation
You can opt out of emails via unsubscribe links, or texts via STOP. Standard message rates may apply.
4. Access to the Service
Access and Use
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use.
Application License
You may download and install the Passage app on your devices for personal use.
Modification
Passage may change or suspend the Services at any time without liability.
Location Data
Some features require location. Declining this will disable certain features.
App Usage Data
Passage may collect data on how you use mobile apps to enhance the service.
5. IP Rights
Ownership
Passage owns all rights to the Services. You are granted no ownership or license except as stated.
Trademarks
Passage's branding may not be used without permission.
Feedback
Feedback you provide may be used by Passage without restriction.
DMCA Notification
Copyright complaints may be sent to help@getpassage.com.
6. Third-Party Services
Passage is not responsible for third-party content, links, or services. Use them at your own risk. Passage may receive commissions from third-party links.
7. Content
You are responsible for all content you post. Passage may remove content or terminate accounts at its discretion.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, including submitting false data, impersonating others, or attempting to disrupt operations.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Passage from claims related to your use of the Services or violations of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is." Passage disclaims all warranties and is not responsible for damages or data loss.
11. Limitation of Liability
Passage's liability is limited to $100 or what you paid in the last month, whichever is greater. No liability for indirect damages.
12. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. Either party may terminate at any time.
13. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration Agreement)
All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration. You may opt out within 30 days.
14. General Provisions
Changes
Terms may change. Continued use signifies acceptance.

Force Majeure
Passage is not liable for force majeure events.
